n this interim role I lead the delivery of a new revenue generating membership service for London & Partners’ Business Alumni - the London Leaders’ Network.
I’m responsible for driving the strategy for partnerships, funding and 6-month agile project delivery of a digital community platform managing a cross-functional project team. This has included identifying and evaluating the new product opportunity; defining and prioritizing the scope based on business needs and requirements, designing the solution and ensuring its successful implementation.
Since launch, I am responsible for curating the membership service, leading the project team, driving technology improvements and working with a network of partners to support the continued growth of London & Partners’ Business Alumni with curated leadership development for CEOs, Founders and C-Suite business leaders.

London & Partners’ Business Growth Programme launched in 2017 and supported more than 900 companies in expanding their teams, creating jobs, raising finance, launching new products and strengthening their management talent.
As programme manager my role oversaw the design and operational delivery of the accelerator and its quarterly cohorts of approx. 75 startups, to build a powerful network for founders that provides tailored advice, guidance and support to increase growth and scaling opportunities as well as problem-solve with peers.
As programme manager I act as the voice of our customer - requiring me to develop meaningful relationships with the accelerator’s key players including Strategic Delivery Partners, Founders, Mentors and Funders to convey and translate needs into business concepts, ensure the programme meets its objectives, drive advocacy and champion innovation to continually enhance the suite of support available for founders. Throughout the growth of the programme I have worked with internal stakeholders, business owners and mentors to identify and initiate new processes and procedures to drive change and shape technology improvements to help businesses expand their operations by removing barriers to growth.

Following the success of the Business Growth Programme in London I was seconded to London & Partners’ fledgling German office and tasked with piloting the product development and operational rollout of a growth programme to attract european based scale ups and promote foreign direct investment into London. This approach scaled the existing cohort infrastructure of the London & Partners domestic growth programmes and marketed London to an international audience. The consultation, pilot for the Scale London Programme took place in Germany in Q1/2 2019.
